My Mom has had her eye on a little farmhouse in her area for years…..Through an unusual and serendipitous set of circumstances, she is now living in that house. It’s a teeny tiny house. Built in 1865, it’s interior has retained its charm and the simple white paint and chocolate brown painted floors are a canvas for my Mom’s cozy and eclectic collection of furniture and art. Her combination of antique and thrifted pieces as well as art pieces both purchased and painted by her give the space a lively palette and relaxed vibe. I spent a day whipping around her house with her making magic, flipping out wall art, creating table-scapes and pulling together collections and we both stood back and loved what we did, commenting “we could do this all day it’s so much fun”……Here are some of the highlights. This proves tiny can be just right.
